Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We have been married since 1996 and have three grown kids. Jim and I used to come visit the ranch as teenagers. Once we had our own kids, it became a must-visit vacation spot for our family and friends. Eventually, we were able to own a place of our own… and we’re thrilled to get to share it with you! We’ve always had a value of hospitality and when we bought our first Black Butte Ranch home in 2019, we knew that it was too good of a place to have it sit empty when we weren’t using it. Aymee owns a design business, Light and Dwell, and uses her talents to create an inviting and beautiful space… a unique beauty (or Buttee).
